Yangzhou Antil Automation, a leading Chinese provider of industrial automation solutions, has successfully designed and delivered a high-precision aluminum sheet loading system for Driessen Thailand, a prominent manufacturing company of aviation products in Northern Thailand. This tailor-made solution addresses critical challenges in Driessen's laser cutting production, enhancing both efficiency and product quality.  

In laser cutting processes, aluminum sheets demand extremely careful handling—any scratches or misalignment can lead to defective end products. Traditional loading methods, relying on manual labor or generic equipment, often suffer from inefficiency, insufficient precision, and surface damage, creating a bottleneck for Driessen's productivity and yield rate.  

To meet Driessen's requirements, Yangzhou Antil Automation’s engineering team, together with partner Machine-Tech in Thailand, conducted an in-depth analysis of the production environment and developed a fully automated loading system with the following key advantages:  

1. Scratch-free handling: utilizes patented suction and transport technology to eliminate surface damage caused by mechanical grippers.  

2. Flexible adaptability: supports aluminum sheets of varying sizes and thicknesses, enabling seamless multi-product production.  

Since implementation, the system has increased Driessen's production efficiency by 30% while significantly reducing defect rates.
